Recently, I have the privilege of leading Allegro Staffing’s expansion into South America, specifically Brazil, where we are now operating under the brand Ellos HR Solutions. This marks an exciting new chapter for us, and I will be overseeing both Allegro Staffing and Ellos HR, working to bring our high-quality staffing solutions to the Brazilian market. Our goal is to help organizations find top-tier talent, support growth, and create meaningful, long-term success.

Beatriz Chauffaille has a solid professional background with over 10 years of experience as an Office Manager at Allegro Staffing, where she led various administrative and management operations, demonstrating strong organizational, leadership, and innovation skills. Together with Bruno Arantes, she played a key role in implementing Ellos HR Solutions, Allegro Staffing's division in Brazil, serving as a driving force in the expansion and consolidation of the new unit.
In addition to her expertise in the staffing industry, Beatriz has accumulated 8 years of experience in the banking sector, which has contributed to her strategic vision, a deep understanding of corporate processes, and project management skills. Currently, as a Project Manager at Ellos HR, she leads strategic and operational initiatives, ensuring the delivery of efficient solutions aligned with market needs.
With a combination of multifaceted experience, leadership, and a results-oriented approach, Beatriz Chauffaille is a highly capable professional to lead high-impact projects, driving growth and innovation within the organizations she serves.
Jane Vedovato
Executive Manager
Jane Vedovato is an experienced and highly competent leader, currently serving as Executive Manager at Ellos HR Solutions, an executive recruitment firm with a well-established presence in Canada and Brazil. With over 30 years of experience in the tire industry, she has accumulated extensive expertise in commercial management, business development, client prospecting, and sales strategies, demonstrating a strong ability to negotiate and close high-impact contracts.
Throughout her career, Jane also possesses more than 15 years of specialized experience in headhunting and executive recruitment for large companies, focusing on the selection of mid- and senior-management positions. This expertise enables her to identify and attract strategic talent, strengthening the leadership capabilities of her client organizations.
She has actively contributed to the implementation of Ellos HR, a division of Allegro Staffing in Brazil, playing a key role in its expansion and consolidation within the Latin American market. Her skill in identifying business opportunities, building lasting relationships, and leading sales teams to achieve significant results is one of her main strengths.
